A major Retailer had a keen interest in introducing a digital wallet solution for CP, CNP, Cardless payments. This solution will enable customers to enroll in membership, add various funding sources to their account, such as a private label card and different stored accounts.
Background of the Business Problem
- Stored value accounts can be funded by either the consumer, the Retailer, or the consumer product goods (CPG) partners associated with the Retailer. The solution will provide an ability to view estimated reward balances earned through shopping and accumulated rewards, which can be used for shopping at the Retailer’s store or online.
Our Approach & Solution
- The Digital Wallet solution was meticulously crafted as a Software Development Kit (SDK) catering to mobile platforms such as iOS and Android, as well as the Web platform.
- This versatile solution was seamlessly integrated into Financial Institutions' (FIs) platforms to support private label cards management.
- Digital Wallet solution was developed as SDK for mobile (iOS, Android) and Web platform.
- Solution was Integrated to FI’s platform for private label cards, management of stored account, reward platform.
- Provided support for expansion in regions (USA and Canada, APEC and EMEA), along with localization features to accept at the store location across regions.
- Offered flexibility to be integrated to Retailer APIs for membership information.
