Sanjay Govil is a prominent business leader and global entrepreneur with a track record of founding and building successful businesses.

In 2001, Mr. Govil founded Infinite Computer Solutions, an innovative technology solutions company engaged in digital transformation. Then in 2017, he founded Zyter, which offers a wide range of digital health products. Mr. Govil currently serves as chairman of the board for Infinite and CEO of Zyter. Both companies are headquartered in Rockville, Md.

Infinite was Mr. Govil’s first major business success, founded with US$1,000 of his own money. Mr. Govil directed Infinite through its initial public offering on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 2010 where it achieved a commitment for US$1.8 billion on its first day of trading. This far surpassed the expected US$50 million target, making it one of the most successful IPOs of the year. Under his strategic leadership, Infinite has grown into a leading technology solutions and services company with more than 10,000 employees globally. The company went private after generating multifold returns for its shareholders.

More recently, Mr. Govil founded Zyter which offers a wide range of digital health products for providers, payers and patients that span telehealth, home health, remote patient monitoring, care management, as well as the insurance claims lifecycle. The company collaborates closely with other leading technology and Fortune 100 companies and in 2021, it acquired Casenet LLC, a leading provider of enterprise case management, utilization management and population health management software products.

Mr. Govil has been recognized internationally as a business leader, visionary and entrepreneur and he participates in many think tanks on international business, foreign policy, and economics. He has also been featured in numerous global publications including Forbes and CIO Magazine.

Most recently, Mr. Govil received three awards from the 16^th Annual 2021 IT World Awards^® including being named the gold winner for “Individual Hero of the Year: Helping Others During COVID-19”. He was also recognized in the 2021 Customer Sales & Service World Awards, receiving two bronze awards for his leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, including “Executive Hero of the Year.” Other recognition includes: “Entrepreneur of the Year 2019” in the business services category at the 11th annual Golden Bridge Awards^®; the TiE Legends award, “Distinguished Engineer” by his alma mater Auburn University in 2014; and the Ernst & Young, “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2002.  

In addition to serving as chairman of the board for Infinite and Zyter, Mr. Govil serves on the Graduate Board of Directors for the Wharton School of Business and was on the Board of USIPC. He is a mentor to many upcoming entrepreneurs and investors and recently invested in data firm Applecart.

Mr. Govil is a committed philanthropist and supports entrepreneurship through his charity, The Sanjay Govil Foundation, as well as TiE DC’s Young Entrepreneurs Program.  He supports K-12 education by sponsoring numerous internship opportunities through his affiliation with Wharton. He also sponsors multiple initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania on international corporate social responsibility.

Mr. Govil earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Auburn University. He then completed graduate studies at Syracuse University and the Wharton School of Business.

Sanjeev heads Infinite’s Finance function for India, Europe and the APAC regions. With over two decades of experience, in accounting and finance, Sanjeev has expertise in internal audits, accounting and taxation.

A thorough finance professional, Sanjeev’s forte lies in direct and indirect taxation, corporate law and business consultancy. He has hands on experience in providing total management solutions and is well versed with laws and standards. He is also the Compliance Officer at Infinite and is responsible for addressing all shareholder concerns.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Upinder Zutshi as Managing Director & CEO of Infinite is a very unconventional leader and has nurtured the growth of Infinite with a very hands-on approach. With his remarkable leadership, Upinder has defined the strategic direction of the Company, making Infinite’s revenue growth far above the industry average. He has been instrumental in setting the vision for Infinite to be positioned as a  digital transformation enabler and moving the Company up the value chain by focusing on differentiated services and  product-based offerings in a non-conventional engagement and business models.

Under Upinder’s leadership, Infinite has grown to be in the Nasscom Top 20 IT providers with 7400+ employees worldwide, been named as Top 5 employers in India by Dataquest – IDC, Forbes Asia 200 Best Under a Billion Company Top 10 Global Telecom Outsourcing Providers by IAOP and has been recognized as a technology thought leader in the growth areas like analytics.

Upinder has over 28 years of experience in initiating and establishing startups and building an efficient management team under his guidance. His empathetic style makes him a very popular leader amongst the young and dynamic employees of Infinite. His leadership style encourages an entrepreneurial culture that is goals driven, based on respect for people, freedom of thought, expression, and action along with globalized business processes, practices, and organizational structure that help create transparency and drive accountability within Infinite globally. Upinder realized early on that the company needed a winning team to make the Infinite vision a reality. His leadership is evident in the progressive work environment at Infinite, where qualified and experienced people bring depth and maturity while retaining focus on flexibility, innovation, and integrity which are the core elements of the entrepreneurial DNA of the organization.

In his formative years, he has worked extensively in the US, Europe, Middle East, and India, with reputed companies holding key leadership positions.

Upinder holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences (BITS), Pilani. He is an avid golfer and a photographer.

Mrs. Sadhana Dikshit served as a Member (Finance) Telecom Commission & Ex-officio Secretary to the Government of India. She contributed significantly to policy-making, monitoring, and implementation of the policies/programs of the Govt. before she superannuated in July 2013.

As Member (Finance), she also headed the Inter-Ministerial Committee on the auction of spectrum. During her notable career spanning 37 years, Mrs. Dikshit held various assignments in the Department of Telecom (DoT) and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in different disciplines such as Financial Management, Regulation, HR, Revenue Mobilization & Assurance, Oversight of PSUs, Internal Audit, Costing & Tariffs, and Licensing Finance. She has been associated with the reforms and liberalization process in the telecom sector and was instrumental in the setting up of the Universal Services Obligation Fund.

Mrs. Dikshit has also served as a Government Director on the Board of erstwhile Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL) and on the Board of Telecom Consultants of India Limited (TCIL). She has been on the Governing Board of Government Accounting Standards Advisory Board (GASAB) and National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM).

Ravindra R Turaga is a dynamic member of the Board. He is known for his in-depth knowledge of Corporate Governance. A Chartered Accountant by profession who brings a refreshing approach to the Board with his sharp and keen understanding of Company Laws, Taxation, Investments, Audits, Finance, and Capital Markets.

Mr. Turaga is an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over four decades of experience at his CA Firm in Mumbai.
